Plastic extrusion machine also called plastic extruder. There are several different types of plastic extruder, including single screw extruder, conical twin screw extruder and parallel twin screw extruder. Different extruders have different features, and applied in different production lines.

Conical twin screw extruder is usually used for extruding PVC powder, PVC wood powder, or PE wood pallets. Equipped with different mould and auxiliary machine, it can produce different kinds of PVC pipes, profile, panel, sheet, roofing board and granules.

Single screw extruder is specially designed for extruding plastic material, such as PE, PP, PPR etc., it can also be used to produce different plastic product such as PE/PPR pipe, profile and panel.

Parallel twin screw extruder has 2 parallel screw which has similar application as conical twin screw extruder. But it has higher production capacity compared with other extruders.
