Plastic granulation technology is mainly used in plastic product manufacturing and resource recycling to make various plastic products or plastic raw materials, and has both environmental and economic benefits. Plastic granulation is the process to make plastic granules and reduce the size to make sure that the produced granules can be used in to plastic manufacture. For PVC granules, it is widely used as raw materials for injection moulding processing, extrusion procession and raw materials for soft PVC products production and so on.

The granulation process generally has two granulation methods, one is hot cutting, another is cold cutting. According to the properties of the raw material, different processing method will be chosen. PE and PP material generally use cold cutting, and PVC material generally uses hot cutting.

Our PVC granulation line is generally including conical twin screw extruder, granule die head, cutter and three-stage air blowing system. The PVC material first plasticized by a conical screw extruder, and enter into the granule die head. Then the extruded material will pass through the cutter to be cut into granules. Finally, the granules will pass through the three-stage air blowing system.
