PVC sheet extrusion line is mainly used for the production of various types of PVC sheet, such as PVC marble sheet, PVC corrugated roofing sheet, transparent soft PVC sheet and so on, which is widely used as various decoration, advertisement, division plate, etc.

The production line usually adopts conical twin-screw extruder, PVC sheet mould (T-shape die), three calender, cooling frame, hauler, cutter and stacker.

The PVC sheet extrusion process resembles the process of other plastic extrusion methods. First, raw plastic materials are fed into a hopper and extruder, then the PVC resin is melted, mixed, and filtered, after that, the plastic will be fed into the sheet extrusion mould and the extruded sheet will pass through the three calender to the cooling frame. Subsequently, it passes through the hauler and reaches the cutter, which cuts it into the set length.

The PVC sheet production line can be equipped with suitable screws according to the customer's formulation requirements to achieve the best plasticizing capacity. The line has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and high cost-effectiveness.
