The PVC profile production line includes conical twin screw extruder or single screw extruder, with different molds to make different shapes of profiles. PVC profile extrusion processes are generally following the same steps of typical PVC profile extrusion operations:

 Feeding of raw material granules/ powder into the conical twin screw extruder/single screw extruder

 Melting and heating in multiple extruder zones

 Extruding through a die to shape into the profile

 Cooling of the shaped profile

 Cutting the PVC profiles to the desired length
