1. The surface of the board is yellow
Causes:
Insufficient dose of stabilizers
Insufficient external slip and large friction cause material decomposition
The set temperature is too high
Solutions:
Increase the dose of stabilizer
Increase the dose of slippery agent
Lower the temperature
2. The board surface is curved
Causes:
The temperature setting of the three-roller is unreasonable
The temperature difference inside the plant is large or the air convection is too fast
Solutions:
Adjust the temperature setting of the three-roller
Improve the environment of the plant
3. Cells or bubble stratification appear in cross-section
Causes:
The melt strength is not enough
The temperature of the PVC panel extruder or the mold is too high
There are impurities in the raw materials
Solutions:
Increase the amount of blowing agent
Lower the temperature accordingly
Pay attention to impurities in the raw materials
4. The thickness of the board surface is uneven
Causes:
The gap between the mold lip is unreasonable
The choke block is not properly adjusted
The outer slip is too heavy, and the inner slip is insufficient
The mold temperature setting is unreasonable
Solutions:
Adjust the lip gap
Adjust the choke block
Reduce the dose of external slip or increase the dose of internal slip
Adjust the mold temperature
5. The sheet has stripes perpendicular to the extrusion direction
Causes:
The viscosity of the foaming regulator is too high
The extruder or mold temperature setting is too low
The traction speed is too fast
Solutions:
Adjust the viscosity of the foaming regulator
Increase the temperature of the extruder or mold
Reduce the traction speed
