In July, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a 315mm PVC pipe extrusion line. The PVC pipe production line is equipped with an SJZ-92/188 conical twin screw extruder of high efficiency and high output. The line also includes vacuum calibration tank, water spraying tank, hauler and a set of cutter for chamfering.

In addition to this, the line is equipped with a pipe thickening & thinning device, which can be used for thickening and thinning of the pipe wall. The thickening & thinning device has an LCD display and are easy to operate. During the commissioning, the whole line rans smoothly and the quality of the extruded PVC pipe was good.
