In October, 2023, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a PE pipe extrusion line. The diameter of the tested pipe is 250 mm, and the pipe is of three layers in ABA structure. The production line is equipped with two SJ-60/36 single screw extruders of high efficiency to reach higher output and it also equipped a SJ-25/25 color line co-extruder. The extrusion line is equipped with a Siemens PLC with HMI touchscreen for easy operation.

During the commissioning, the whole line ran smoothly and the quality of the output was stable. The production line has improved the production efficiency while ensuring the high quality of the output products.
