In July 18, 2023, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a PE pipe extrusion line. The diameter of the tested pipe is 110mm and the thickness is 4.4mm. The production line is equipped with an SJ-60/36 single screw extruder with an SJ-25/25 colour line co-extruder. The PE pipe production line is equipped with a Siemens PLC with HMI touchscreen for easy operation.

The speed of the production line can reach 2.5m/min, and the output can reach 270kg/h. During the commissioning, the whole line ran smoothly and the quality of the output was stable. The production line has improved the production efficiency while ensuring the high quality of the output products.
